Condo details:  This smoke & pet free studio condo is nicely furnished with a murphy bed and a sofa sleeper, so it can sleep up to four, but 2 or 3 fit much better.

In the kitchen area you will find a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, plates, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and of course a cork screw.

In the living area you will find a 32 inch HDTV with digital cable, DVD player, slider chair with ottoman, side table, coffee table, couch, and a pub table with 2 chairs.

On the deck you will find a deck table & two outdoor chairs.

Yes the WiFi is free.

The rates are very reasonable for the Traverse City area: First we require a minimum of 3 nights, at $170 per night for two, with an additional $50 per person up to a total of four.

Want a better deal? OK, for 7 days, Sunday to Sunday you may stay for only $1,000.00 for two, with an additional $250 per person for the week up to a total of four.
